To cancel your Fitly premium subscription: click on your Profile → select Plan & Billing → click "Manage subscription in Stripe" → then click "Cancel subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
To stop receiving email notifications from Fitly, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you. You'll be immediately removed from our mailing list.
If you forgot your password, go to the login page and click "Reset" below the password field. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link within a few minutes.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If it's been longer than 10 business days, please contact us at request@fitly.work with your subscription details and we'll investigate.
